Night Watch works with insurance organizations and technology providers but is not an insurance carrier, insurance agency, insurance broker, or claims administrator unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement.

Night Watch does not:

• issue insurance policies
• determine underwriting eligibility
• approve or deny insurance applications
• guarantee policy issuance
• negotiate insurance premiums
• adjust insurance claims
• guarantee insurance coverage

Any insurance-related decisions remain solely within the discretion of the applicable insurance company or licensed insurance professional.

18. Dispute Resolution

Before filing a claim, please contact us at info@nightwatchcybersecuritycharlotte.com so we can try to resolve it informally. Any lawsuit must be brought in state or federal court in Mecklenburg County, North Carolina. Claims must be brought individually, not as a class action, and both parties waive the right to a jury trial to the extent permitted by law. Engagement-specific disputes follow the dispute terms in the applicable Engagement Document.

19. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, for any reason, without notice. This doesn’t affect any separately signed Engagement Document or NDA, which is terminated only per its own terms. Provisions that by nature should survive (IP, Confidentiality, Warranties, Liability, Indemnification, Governing Law, Dispute Resolution, Entire Agreement, Severability) remain in effect after termination.

20. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and Night Watch regarding Site use, superseding any prior understandings. A signed Engagement Document governs its specific engagement and controls over these Terms for that engagement’s scope, fees, and deliverables.

21. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the rest of the Terms remain in effect.
